I think that qualifies as a non-sequitur argument, sorta like if I used the Declaration of Independence to argue for it's insertion.

I'm surprised it seems to bother you so much that Obama and so many other politicians proclaim Christianity, or even a belief in God. Separation of Church and State (whatever that means exactly) is not meant to keep religion out of gov't, it is meant to keep either from setting the rules for the other, but you know that, so I guess you are just ranting, which is cool :D

It bothers me because it comes across as manipulating those of a similar faith. I remember my parents standing for Bush doing stuff he shouldn't because he was a Christian and prayed, as if that made it all better. I'd rather the faith of those in office to private so as to advoid that type of policting (no idea how to spell it LOL).
