Amen and amen -- that is an awesome poem. How old is Mouse? As a child I had a very hard time with (apparent)inconsistencies, grey areas, intangibles, even into my teens, but experience has softened that mindset a lot. I see the same thing in Lazarus; he's five, and always seems to be grasping for a conclusion, a classification, a certainty....
