UGGGGHHH. So Washington is weird, in that when you purchase a car from a dealer, they don't transfer the plates, they give you the plates on the vehicle (from the previous owner). If the tabs are expired, then you have to get them renewed. Mine were, and so they gave me a temporary piece of paper and said the new tabs would come in the mail. Except
