Saturday. Is it already Saturday?!

OK. It's been a WEEK! It all started with sniffles last Saturday. And I STILL have this crud hanging on. Now, I AM feeling better. 
Tuesday when I went to the Dr. I felt like the cold shadow of death was actually following me around the house.
But still, congested, and head-hurty. Still haven't gone back to my contacts, either. AND, without going

Have you tried using a saline spray on top of everything else? That will help loosen/move the snot in your nose and sinuses. Also, warm steam (like in a bowl then put your face over it and a towel over your head).

Haven't used a saline spray, but I have done the steam, and hot packs...that helps.

UGH. I normally have an allergy thing going all the time, but this is awful.

Blah, that sucks so much, but the saline spray is worth a shot. (it will help flush what the steam loosened)
