Today is my birthday, so that must mean that the poll is closed, and it's time to announce the winners!!

Firstly I'd like to thank everyone who nominated, voted and helped make graphics - especially hope27 as she made some fantastic graphics for me, including the above banner, and for that I am hugely grateful.
