I have a serious weakness for post-apocalyptic fic. *g*

Anyway, as much as I wish Gibbs and Tony were together in this post-apocalyptic universe, I love the idea of Tony ending up in charge of the survivors and just trying to get everyone through it. And using Gibbs's rules to contrast the old world with the new is an awesome idea for structure.

Funny thing - this universe keeps sliding into Tony/Gibbs in my mind whenever I contemplate writing what happens after the 'reunion'.

I love reading the post-apoca-fics(?), too, so it was only a matter of time before I wrote my own.

I know you normally are more of a gen fan, but I'm not going to object if we eventually manage to get Gibbs/Tony out of this universe. *g*

Well, my biggest stumbling block isn't the Tony/Gibbs aspect, but the whole 'who's in charge' thing. I'm not sure how to integrate Gibbs and his people into the existing structure. Basically, two alpha males trying to merge their packs - not so good.

But I shall try. *g*

oh, i so enjoyed the original fic, so this is a real bonus! tony is so capable anyways, because Gibbs trained him to be so! that's why he doesn't give up on Gibbs and McGee. lots andlotwsmroe please!

I have another piece in the pipeline, but it's darker than most of the stuff I've written before so I keep putting off finishing it.

Don't know if I'll ever add to this series - every time I get into the right mood, I end up writing my other dark series.
