Yes - I decided not to go. As much as this is a unique opportunity, they money made all the difference. I would essentially be living like a bankrupt student again. I've lived like that for 9 years so far, and except for the times I was actually in school, I was miserable. Since I've gotten this job - which I love and pays decent - you would not believe how much nicer and less bitchy and pissy I've become.

Besides, any and all options I have for dealing with my *multitude* of student loans, disappears if I move out of the country. But I'm set here for another 2-3 years at least, and am planning a masters (part-time) - hopefully to start in January, if I can find a supervisor soon.
