Work was cool today. I saw Rob and John for the first time in about a week today, took a lot of calls, and I learned something new about customer equipment to add to my evergrowing knowledge bank of Comcast High Speed Internet, but this was nothing compared to late in my shift when I embarrased a floor walker. I don't know if he was just telling

Yeah that hours at convergys will get on your nerves pretty fast. I was promised day shifts for close to 3 months before I finally just gave up hoping that I would get them.

I miss my days as a floor walker. Nothing quite like being able to slack off for your entire shift and knowing your the first person agents call for when they need help.
