Harry confronts Dumbledore: Not enough scene, and not nearly as poignant as the book. It fell flat IMO, and felt like an afterthought rather than a pivotal conversation.
Completely flat. It was one place where the script should have followed the book to the letter.
The more I think about it, the more I dislike Sirius's death scene. If you're going to emphasize the longing-for-family theme, then don't cut the build-up to the loss-of-family ending - and that has to include Sirius being a bit of a prat, both in the past and the present, and some sense of Harry loving him anyway. It could have worked really well. So could the Harry=James bit, if it hadn't come five seconds before Sirius died.
More Sirius, more Snape, more Dumbledore, less rush. (And less Grawp. Precious minutes wasted there.) However, on the whole I liked it, and agree with your likes/dislikes. Ha, I'd forgotten about the Fudge portrait. Awesomely egotistical. And the moment after the fight when he says "He's back!"
