I had a horrible nightmare last night where my teeth went madly misshapen and some were turning yellow and then I was growing NEW TEETH in front of the old ones and it was terrible. And then it went really bizarre because the dream-me was going "this is a dream" but the real me was not aware that it was a dream so there were two mes and it was a ( Read more... )

I HATE having teeth dreams. They're never good (for me, anyway) - I always dream that my teeth are rotting and falling out (oddly enough, without any pain whatsoever). And because my teeth IRL ARE somewhat questionable (can't afford a dentist) it makes me double anxious. D:

They're usually about stress for me too - I had an operation on my jaw years back and used to have terrible nightmares about my braces spontaneiously combusting. Stupid teeth! *nods*

Oh, goodness, that sounds like a terrible dream. Dx Have you been under a lot of stress lately? I've heard that teeth-related nightmares are stress-induced; I used to get them when I had braces, and they were awful. I would wake up in bed licking my teeth, and then would nearly cut my tongue because I was running it over the brackets. DX Not fun. Anyway, I'm sorry about your dream. -Hugs and wishes you sweet and comforting dreams instead.- ♥♥

I've been under quite a bit of stress and that's usually what it does signify - I've had a LOT of dreams about my teeth when I'm worried. This time, it's less that and more because I have banged them when I fell over, I think! Yay for comforting dreams. :)

Teeth dreams are often strange. I have heard, however that they're meant to be good portents. Erm. *runs ....okay...wheezes...upstairs for The Book*
*coughs way back* Er..according to the book discoloured teeth means 'a slight illness'but I don't much listen to the book on things like that. Generally when I've had teeth dreams something big and eventful is coming up and usually goes well (eg exams or a play) so it could be a good sign, even if it were a bad dream.

But yay. We matched! I've been off work since friday coughing up my lungs which is poo because it's no fun being off sick when you're too ill to get anything done. On the bright side it's SHERLOCK HOLMES MARATHON WEEKEND on ITV3 so guess what I've been doing since 8am this morning ;) Jeremy Brett =<3. Mum's just turfed me out because she says she's getting Sherlock overload. I disagree. YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MUCH SHERLOCK. And Holmes and Watson are so sweet. I also shipped Holmes/Lestrade in one episodebecause every word was like they were talking in heavily layered code ( ... )

I think it's less a portent and rather that I banged them when I fell over and thus they are sore and showing it! (also, I get them when I'm stressed, sadly. I want a portent of awesome!)

*laughs* I am with you - NO SUCH THING as Sherlock Overload. Just CANNOT happen. *laughs*

I hope your cough is getting better!
