the Purdue 'Breakfast Club"

They get up at 6am on home game days and hit the strip of bars by campus.... in costume. Elaborate costume in some cases. We shared the breakfast counter this morning with mario, geico, and a beer pong table. The array of people on the street was indescribable. And at 1pm they were happy drunk.... not puking drunk. it's very tempting, but the only way I've been able to show my purdue school spirit so far is by studying. The work isn't more *difficult* than what I can handle, but it's so much faster and more intensive than IU or OSU. There's always interesting work to do, but there's never time when you shouldn't really be doing it.
