How often do you consider opportunity cost when doing something?

Small-scale projects - regularly. Medium-to-large scale projects, very often. Life-changing decisions - perhaps too often.

Before I open my mouth and say something negative - not often enough.

Almost never. Worrying about opportunity cost takes away from my enjoyment of my actual choices.

Im pretty sure all the time and then I second guess my cost analysis. ;)
