I was pretty positive you were talking about Deathwing, but saying 70s confused me since Dick was still Robin then...

So, yeah. That outfit? It's a product of the 90s, honey. XD I think that might make it worse, right? XD

indeed it does, though I was unaware... Really, the sad thing to me is that the general art style of DC comics from the 70s through the mid-90s really didn't change that much, or at least, that I can tell. Though usually the hair styles will give away the time period, you don't really notice his hair in this one.
