  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 6 tbsp. curry powder
  • 6 tbsp. tomato paste

I can get lemongrass from my local Harris Teeter. It's just more expensive than at the Asian markets.

actually, i think safeway around here has it, so you might just try your normal super market. asian food has become so hip to make nowadays that stuff is becoming easier to find (lucky for us)

Basil paste, eh? Hmmm. And yea, this is a soupier curry than most, but that's the way my mom makes it so it must be right.

I've been really liking your T-shirt surgeries. Makes me want to try. If I had a minute to myself, I just might.
