A couple of months ago (Was it really that long ago?! *facepalm*), I discovered that a community where I posted some of my fics, promptsomeslash, was deleted with no warning to its members. :( Fortunately, I'm rather anal about things, so still have copies of the fics that were deleted. *g* Instead of posting them to the-pretty-fits, since they were, of course, ( Read more... )

Yay! I remember getting my fic journal mostly because I, too, am anal, and I wanted an online archive of all my stuff in case my hard drive ever crashed ;).

(Too bad only half the fic is on there so far, ahem.)

I... didn't realize you have a fic journal. And I'd harass you about not having everything on there, but, well, I've had mine for 2+ months and have only posted 4 fics there. So, not a lot of room to talk. *G*

Yeah, I think I lost most of the fic I had posted at promptsomeslash too, though I haven't actually dug around in my harddrive to look for it.

I've already friended your new journal, btw. :)

I'm fortunate in that I keep all my fic in a separate folder on my harddrive, but yeah, that was really disappointing that the mod/owner deleted the comm w/o a heads up. :(
