So I was in my first car accident yesterday.

Well, my first car accident in which I was driving one of the cars involved. As far as car wrecks go, I had about the best kind you can. No one was hurt, my car is drivable and I don't have to pay for the repairs. It was more annoying than anything.

The dent on your car looks so annoying! I would be heartbroken if that happened to my Mum's car though I don't even drive yet. But a flaw like that... bad.

Yeah, it's annoying, but the woman who hit me has to pay for it to get fixed so it should be good as new before long.

BD prediction: While I think you're right, I'm kind of hoping it isn't narrated from Jake's perspective-mostly because I was entirely unimpressed by his chapter in Eclipse. Don't know how good SM is at separating narrative voices.

They say it will probably take over a week to fix because they have to order a new trunk lid. After we get the police report and the insurance company agrees to pay, of course. Argh.

This is one I'll happily be wrong about. I'm not really that interested in having anything from Jacob's perspective either. I like Jake fine, I just don't really want to read a story told from his point of view. I'm not interested in his character enough for that, at least not at this point.

Goodness, I'm so glad you're okay! I don't even want to think about what could've happened; Sedan vs. SUV doesn't often end well for the sedan! *shudders*

As for BD and Jacob, I'm pretty sure you're right. I love Jacob, but he pissed me off in Eclipse; if I hadn't read New Moon first I would've hated his guts. So though I disliked him immensely in Eclipse, I do still love him. But I'm not beyond myself with excitement about him narrating. I'd rather see he didn't. But some things are unavoidable, and I fear this is one of those. Ah well, not long till we'll know it all for sure now!!

Yeah, Jacob annoyed a lot of people in Eclipse. I don't really have strong feelings about him one way or another, which is why I'm not so thrilled about him possibly narrating. It might almost be - dare I say it- boring. I may be totally wrong though. I hope I am, actually.
