i'm torn right now. i'm sad that john is leaving, but happy because the boys do need to get their lives back together. the sooner they're out of that motel the better.

I didn't like John hitting Dean. But it's nice that it brought Sam and Dean closer together.

I think it was just a knee-jerk reaction for John to hit Dean, just like a temper thing. It probably isn't something he'd do on the regular basis. Dean did kind of deserve a smack upside the head though. Thanks for reading.

Yeah, Sam and Dean are brats, but, in canon, they and John are strong willed and explosive characters, so I could see such a situation occuring. Besides, Sam and Dean and Dylan need to be an independent family. The last few paragraphs were so angsty, but necessary. Loved it.

Exactly; I think all of them are very "my way or the highway" and want what they want. And Sam and Dean and Dylan really need to learn to get along with John around. I'm glad you loved it, thank you.
