I have the Beatles Blue Box set on LP and this would just sit beside it so perfectly.

hmmm i downloaded a few of the Beatles albums online and then were from some Dr's (Emmet maybe??) Blue Box Set (must be the same?). They are completely retouched and mastered by this Dr. and totally amazing sounding--they are from vinyl (I think the Blue Box set).

they're supposed to be officially releasing totally remastered cds of all their albums. when i listen to a track on LOVE and then go back to the original, the difference in audio quality is disheartening

I really hope so. Even the difference between the vinyl and cd is interesting. The cd's sound all wrong, the vinyl's sounds rich and warm. But perhaps that is just me being all vinyl biased :p
