I tried a couple new recipes for dinner tonight. We had
Brisket and
Collard Greens with Cornbread slathered with butter and honey. Eric and I had never had collard greens before. They were spicy, and really good.

That Thai recipe looks like a good one, but use Thai chilis instead of red pepper. Oh, and make sure to use the fish sauce. Word of warning: fish sauce smells like low tide. But when it is cooked into food, there is nothing like it!

Believe me, the cats will come running when you open it. It is similar to when the neighbors down the street cook cabbage and everyone smells it...
