Go! Apply! The good thing about applying straight to PhD programs (what I'm doing) is that if you're accepted you have a MUCH better chance of getting funding. Like, full tuition and stipend funding. >D

What are you thinking about, thesis-wise?

I have a little indecision as well. But I know you will make a good decision. It may not be EVERYTHING you want to do but it will be fun no matter what.

Do you think that you could find a job if you had a car? It would expand your radius of job search.

:( I'm sorry you're down. But I think right now you should just keep doing what you're doing and use the time you have for self-discovery and working on your writing, whether as a means of preparing for grad school, as a jump start on your career as an author, or just for you. Things will click and start moving when they're supposed to -- you can't be stuck in limbo forever, right?
