Apparently. Though I don't hang out in tumblr so IDK, could be absolute fiction for all I know. I know that I read the post and was very o_O about it because REALLY? That's kind of nuts. This is the original post though: http://watch-them-run.livejournal.com/9093.html

I think Moffat's strength is how he ties plots to interesting characters - the Library eps with River Song, the Lodger, Vincent and the Doctor. Those are all about the characters and how the characters affect the plot.

I think so too. I think the episodes that he has written are some of the most plotty stories going on in the show. I also think a lot of this nonsense is just people who are still upset with the change over from Tennant to Matt Smith. I think they need to just get over it.
