Notes: Not beta edited. Written for this prompt in my spn_30snapshots table. Part of the same 'verse as Under Covenant of Working Grace and A Covenant Without a Coaster, which you should read first.

( There’s a cold shore of bone dust and a sky with no ocean to make it blue. Everything tastes like stars breaking and glass shining and he knows how broken he is because he’s running his tongue over his own broken pieces as he kisses Castiel. )

I like this verse. I hope you'll continue for a while longer :).

I wonder if what is broken can be mended. For now it shines so fascinatingly in its brokenness. Sam seems to be listening to an inner voice that tells him where to go even if on the surface he seems lost.

Sorry if I don't make sense. I just wanted to tell how I appreciate this fic :).

It makes sense, kinda. Don't worry about it. I appreciate hearing that you like it, really. I enjoy writing this 'verse a lot and it comes to me pretty easily when I'm having a hard time with other stuff. This is sort of like my place to turn when I'm having writer's block, so yeah, I'll probably keep writing it for a while. I'm really glad that people seem to like it. Thank you.

So beautiful! I loved Sam's determination to kiss Castiel. And, the Jealous Dean bit was just the icing on the cake.
