I love this. You always manage to surprise or grip my imagination. This quote from Carl Sagan says it all. When I was growing up books saved my life. They enabled me to become immersed in other lives and worlds so that I could forget about mine for a while. Lovely post to wake up to thank you for sharing it. It is true the word is mightier than the sword.
