He seems to, but I think it's because it's in fun. And he likes to talk. Kept getting sidetracked like whoa through the whole thing.
She did finally. All the poor girl wanted to know was if he watched Doctor Who because apparently at the time there was some online talk about him visiting the set and going into the TARDIS. The question was not a long one, but it took her forever to actually get to ask it. Lol.
I never got the feeling he's doing it to be a dick/be malicious, but I can see very easily where if it was me in some of the situations other people find themselves in that I'd get very frustrated after a while. A short while. It's funny watching him do it to other people though. Lol. Hell, he's funny.
There is occasionally a hint of malicious glee in some of the shit Misha does though. You can see it in his eyes, they twinkle with evil good humor. Dude's got a mean streak like whoa, I think. Not a *stabs* kind of mean, but definitely a *pokes with a stick* kind. Which is also funny, but I could not deal with that dude at all, I don't think.
I'm going to guess and say that Misha does, yeah. But also that he would think it was awesome if someone responded to it and fucked with him right back. Most of the time, fans anyway, they get too embarrassed and flustered and can't or wouldn't ever dare.
