Yeah, Dream Cream I've been told is where it's at and from what I personally experienced. Sympathy for the Skin might also be another one. Sorry I'm not much help but perhaps some kind of special use with specific facial moisturizers could help?

I have really bad eczema on my hands, face, and elbows. Dream Cream is by far one of the best treatments I've ever used for it. I love that it sinks in quickly and doesn't leave my hands greasy. My hands have the worst of my eczema and the prescription creams just leave them greasy for too long and everything I touch gets sticky.

It was my first Lush purchase and I've been buying from there ever since!

I've also heard good things about Dream Wash - it's kind of a body wash version of Dream Cream. I tried it, but for me it was kind of expensive for how fast you use it up. A container of the lotion will last me months.

Oh and if you ever get eczema on your face, I'd highly recommend Angels on Bare Skin. It's really made my skin much better. It soothes any patches I might have and I get much less eczema breakouts since I started using it.

I agree on the DreamWash. It helped me, but it goes way too fast.

DreamCream helps on my ezcema spots but not on my Keratosis Pilaris...I think the tea tree oil can irritate some skin conditions and not others.

I don't have eczema, but I do have psoriasis. The only thing that's helped is Dream Cream, so that's what I use for my patches. My sister does have eczema, and I made her use some when she had an especially itchy patch. She only used it once, but she did say that it soothed the itch, so I imagine it would help with the irritation with continued use.

I personally wouldn't use a facial moisturizer because they're more expensive for the most part.

Dream Cream is a great general moisturizer and for my extra angry spots I use Ultrabalm.

I agree with the recommendation of ultrabalm- ultrabalm is good to use on really dry hands. Alternatives for eczema that I've found to work for me: dream cream and helping hands.

My husband has atopic dermatitis and for soaps, HIWTC seemed to aggravate his skin the least. Dream Wash/Cream didn't really do much for him, though.
