Wassup Lushies!  I just got a UK order and decided to share the yay :)  Well, the semi-yay - they actually screwed up my order.  They left two things out, sent me crushed ballistics and didn't seal a bottle which leaked.  Grr.  Emailed them though, so I'm hoping they'll fix all the fail.

But let's celebrate the awesomeness!

Wow, nice! That haul looks amazing! I recently ordered from the Lush UK website as well (also Australian) so just out of interest - when did you place your order? Mine still hasn't arrived yet! And definitely keep us posted on how it goes with the crushed ballistics. :) ♥

I ordered just under two weeks ago and got it yesterday - it'll be another 10 days or so until I get my replacements though. What did you order?

When one of my orders came destroyed they replaced everything. :)

I always have excellent service from LushUK customer service. they're always quick to replace things. next time you order, in the packing preferences, ask them to package the bath ballistics in little yellow lush bags. it helps tons. :)

Yeah, they packed some of mine in the bags but not others, which is weird? I dunno. The Luverly one wasn't damaged at all which must have been because it was in a bag, because you'd think with the shape of it it would break easily. Thanks for the suggestion!
