No, you have the price correct, unfortunately. :( I thought the same thing when the candles were posted on the website. But they are definitely the right price - something about the oils used or something. I personally don't find a candle worth it. I spoke with someone at a Lush store here in the US when I went to an event last week, and they said they are expecting the candles to sell for around $39.95 or something like that in NA stores. So if it were me, I'd wait until it comes to the US and you can see it and decide if it's worth it - especially since it looks like they'll be similarly priced.

I buy from the UK ALL the time, and for me the best deals are skincare (moisturizers are about 40% less in the UK, as is Ocean Salt), and liquid shampoos and conditioners (usually about 30-40% less, as well. Also, keep in mind that the prices listed on the UK site include a VAT tax that only UK residents have to pay, so your final cost (before shipping) is about 13% less than the listed prices.

Hope this helps!

yeah i know its hard with perfume oils to make it strong, but maybe ill stick with yankee oils, or something. even though orange grove is tempting, maybe ill just get the purse sized.

ill try the moisturizers, and am in LOVE with ocean salt. thats good to knwo about the tax thing.

and i didnt look, but weeks ago they still had karma powder and im obsessed.

to bad about the candles. it would be awesome but ill still to heavenly scents and yankee.

thanks. any uk only stuff you recommend? should i try coalin(cant spell) before its all gone?

Just to give you a heads up about Ocean Salt - if you are used to the NA version, the version you will get from the UK will be a bit coarser than you are used to. The UK version has bigger chunks of salt and is just...different. But it is a lot cheaper, so I sometimes get it anyway. :D

I would say get what you are interested in trying, along with some stuff that you know you like so you can stock up since it will be cheaper. Just be sure to keep the shipping weight (it will tell you when you start to check out) under 2kg to keep the shipping cheap with the Royal Mail option!

I like Coolaulin when my hair is being uncooperative and dry, and i use Veganese, as well.

Have fun putting an order together!

I don't know about most of the products, but last time I was in a Lush I mentioned really wanting some of the new bath bombs, and they looked up for me when they'd be in. I forget exactly when, but it was in September. So, the bath bombs should make it to NA stores and the NA site pretty soon. I'm looking forward to them. :)

Yep, the candles are really expensive. I mean, they're reasonably big, but even still I couldn't justify it. :/

The candles have about a 20 hour burning time according to my local store. If they were in a scent I love I'd maybe give it a go but none of the ones they've produced are my favs. I think the cost is to do with the amount of perfume used plus the organic wax but most people (that I know who like Lush) are put off due to the expense.

The candles do smell amazing (my local Lush was burning some) and the price is down to the absolute ton of essential oils in there but I still think I'll be sticking with my Yankees.
