Long time lurker,first time poster.

So I live in Northwest Indiana,but my boyfriend lives in the chicago suburbs,so the closest LUSH between us is either the one on State street,or there is one in OakBrook Center mall..we decided to go and check out the one in oak brook inside Macy's.

Hell yeah on the Porridge Soap. It was awesome for the first few washes and then got scratchy and left crap all over my tub and slowly became all oats with barely any soap. I wouldn't buy it again either unless they took that stuff out (which they probably wouldn't because that's what adds weight to it).

gahhh i love the smell of it,i can't get over it. i haven't washed with it yet,but i did break some off and put it in my drawers.

RRR is definitely too harsh on the face.. i used it once about a week ago (only because i forgot to buy more of the stuff i use on my face- stuff) and i had a small breakout on my forehead :( BUT NOW IT IS BACK TO NORMAL!

(i'm not sure why, but when i'd use any of the cleansers besides OS once a week, i'd get pimples on my face which isn't normal.. so i've kind of stayed away from using any of the facial stuff since my skin is pretty great and i don't want to mess it up :X i just cleanse it with hot water and then use a toner afterward.. i've tried the moisturizers but augh! the stuff always feels too thick on my face.. hum.)

I bought Porridge Soap the last time I was at Lush. It does smell great, but...well, I find it kind of messy and hard to use. I use it all over, but it certainly doesn't last long. The Sales Associate did tell me that once it's down to a little bit of soap + all the scrubby bits she uses it for foot scrub. Haven't tried that yet though!

Love the solid shampoos! Hope you do too :)

Grease Lightening is great! I know people that use it as a spot treatment, but I prefer applying a light layer all over my face.

I agree with the others, he might want to try Ocean Salt as a facial scrub, rather than the Rub Rub Rub shower gel.

And as far as I know Mask of Magniminty should be fine to refrigerate.
