I have combination skin and I find Ultralight is quite a good moisturiser. Maybe next time you're passing Lush you could explain your situation, they'd probably give you a sample to try!
If you have a problem with redness, I'd try Eau Roma Water. I'm completely in love with the stuff. It has rose, which reduces redness, and lavender, which balances out the skin's oil production. It's very soothing.
For a moisturiser, I'd try Vanishing Cream. It's one of LUSH's lightest moisturisers, and is recommended for problem skin. It has rose and lavender, like Eau Roma Water, as well as honey, which is a natural anti-bacterial. There's also some witch hazel in there, to help with breakouts.
have you considered a serum bar? the Saving Face one is for oily skin and the other one is for sensitive skin, maybe you can combine then? i know it's adding oil to your skin but it might help.
i'm not a fan of coalface, i prefer fresh farmacy! it has calamine in it which i heard helps soothe red skin... ask for a few samples in the shop :)
The skin has a 28-34 day turn over, so you'll have to give your cleanser and whatnot that amount of time to work. I feel like coalface is more than likely too harsh considering you're still peeling and your skin has red angry spots. As an esthetician and Lush SA, I can recommend Fresh Farm, Breath of Fresh Air, Enzymion and Saving Face serum bar. Good luck!

When I swapped to lush cleansers my skin acted up for about a month before it settled down.
Moisturiser wise, I haven't found my match.
Good Luck
