I'm obsessed with anything maple scented, flavored, you name it... So you bet I was SUPER excited when Lush came out with a Maple soap! Sadly, when I went to my local store to find it, the SA told me that it's only available online for the US

I, too, am a maple fiend. I was really interested in ordering, but now I'm not so sure. I just saw a girl swapping hers on lush_swaps because she said she could barely smell any maple and the soap was super drying on top of that. It doesn't sound as worth it any more...

Honey Lumps is actually on my list for my up and coming Retro order... I have never smelled it before, but anything that says "honey", I go for... Is that a disappointment as well? Does it smell like honey?? Off topic from the Canadian Maple Soap, I know, but if I can avoid wasting money on that too, then that would be great!

I love Honey Lumps. It's my favorite bath bomb of all time because of the honey and earthiness. It's the Myrhh and Honey that really make it stand out. I like the Canadian Maple soap, it's huge and smells yummy to me, but YMMV.

I agree with all of this. I bought it online last week, full price, and you bet I was disappointed when I smelled it. I even cut it to release the essential oils, nothing. No maple scent. It is high in glycerine and harsh on the skin. Really, it's cheaply made and I'm not surprised it's on sale.

I agree. I got mine in my online order yesterday and was really disappointed in the scent and in its apparent cheap quality. This one is not a winner in my book!
