My boyfriend bought me a big slab of Porridge for Christmas. Now, I love this soap with all my heart. I love the way it smells and how creamy it is. But after several uses I get nothing but seeds and then I don't know what to do with it. I was thinking about trying this..please let me know if theres anything wrong with this procedure or if you have

Having never done what you're suggesting, I can't say if it'll work or not but it sounds like it would.

I've never tried melting soap, so I don't know if it works the same way that, say, wax or something else similar would, but if it does I'd say do it on the stovetop, not in the microwave.

Seconding the stove top and adding use a boil bag when you do this.

Try it with a small amount first :S. And yeah, use the stove stop.

Someone posted in this comm... must have been a while ago, saying they did EXACTLY that. In the microwave I think. Maybe check back through the tags?
