Confused between Dark Angels and Coalface

I have 40 year old (though it thinks its 15 with hormonal break-outs) skin. I love Dark Angels, Coal Face made me break out. Plus while Coal Face left my skin dry, Dark Angels leaves it smooth and not dried out.

coalface is harsher imo. while it's a solid block with pretty consistent exfoliation, dark angels is more a squidgy paste like aobs but a little finer in texture. i find it better for balancing out skin rather than drying it out like coalface can tend to do.
