UK Phone Order

I placed an order over the phone during the UK Lush forum party and when I went on the site and logged in, that order is not listed under my account at all. Should I be worried that my order was forgotten or does the website only list orders made online?

I have done two phone orders and neither showed up on my online account. But the orders did come :)
