dark angels wasn't very clarifying. i would have to tone a lot to get everything off, and something about it made me break out on my forehead. to be fair, it could have also been the sample of gorgeous i was using, since i started both at the same time ( Read more... )

i'll have to give baby face a try. i've always been afraid to, because like you said... i never thought more oil would be a good idea. maybe i'll try it the next time i pop into lush! also, i've wanted to try the eau roma water as well. i use the tea tree toner now and i'm looking for something new.

i alternate between BIG by lush and aveda's clove shampoo. the smell of them both = heaven.

glad you found something that works for you! :)

i actually didn't really like the minty smelling adveda shampoo, but i'm sure i'll get used to it. i don't know if you'll like the eau roma if you like tea tree, it's more just for calming skin and hydrating it, i think tea tree is like an astringent right? see if you can get samples of everything :) i've sunk so much money into things that don't work for me, i refuse to get anything without a sample now.

I wouldn't worry about the scent smelling mature. If you like it, rock it! I'm 21, and the only reason I don't look 14 is because I have piercings and a tattoo. Candy Fluff is my favorite scent ever, I wear it every day...and I can guarantee that HIWTK is way more mature-smelling than Candy Fluff. ;) plus, I work for Lush and can tell you that we get people of all ages coming in and buying "kid scents". Don't let something like age stop you from smelling the way YOU want to smell! :)

OMG, I went to a new Lush on Saturday and literally followed the scent of HIWTK down the street until I found it. It was glorious!
