Other than freezing the jelly, you can just lather it in a loofah or mitt (i have one that is like a little sissal bag, so i can actually put soaps and jellies inside it--keeps the jellies from slipping out of your hand and down the drain), or break off a piece and put it in an empty hand-soap pump with very hot water. Shake for a bit, and it will eventually dissolve into really nice liquid hand soap!
Something they told us at Christmas training re: jellies - get a blob out and rub it on your skin dry before getting in the shower. It's still fun, and it really clings, so it doesn't keep slipping out of your hands when you get in to lather up and wash it off. It also really keeps the scent on your skin, awesome with G, F and B. *Nom*
I second rubbing a small bit of the jellies between your dry hands to build up a really thick lather all over your body before jumping in the shower. It works marvelously and is tons of fun. I would not attempt trying to grab a chunk of jelly and use it in the shower, though. They are slippery little buggers.
