I've been doing glazes instead of henna now (to cover my pre-mature grey at the old age of 25) simply because of the time, but if I have more time, I might go back to henna.
I'd let it fade naturally for a bit if you want the noir to have an impact. I only henna my hair (half-rouge/half-brun) every few months at most. Not much help, sorry!
I've both bleached and dyed over my Lush henna-ed hair. No ill effects at all. In fact, I get the most awesome vibrant orange-red by bleaching and then using the henna.
I would say try again with Noir over it to get a darker effect, that's usually how it's supposed to work anyway if the application isn't the desired effect.
