The sliding images in the top video are hilarious given the iAge that we now live in.

I do miss dials and toggle switches. Computers could use more of those. Why navigate through several windows with a mouse to change screen resolution when you could just turn a dial to the next setting?

And given Jobs has stated he wants to eliminate all buttons on computers.

Toggles were nice. You knew when they were activated or not at a glance. We even had colored ones that lit when they were on. Don't get me started on screen controls. I've been fighting with my TV on that one because they're never where you think they should be.
