Since there really is no point in hoping I'd get this thru her Moderated Comments:

I finally removed When Fangirls Attack off my feed and blogroll. I have nothing against people who visit it, and I think if you find it useful or entertaining you should continue to do so. I've been at the receiving end of pretty inexplicably nasty and bitter ( Read more... )

Ah, there it is. 2nd paragraph. Still very passive-aggresive. "Ragnell is MEAN to me. I don't like THEM anymore."

First, I don't think you are using the term "passive aggressive" correctly. I'm not sure what would be passive aggressive about stating outright what is bothering you and who is doing the bothering and then overtly saying what you are doing in response to it. And to add "very"??? You really think that is "very passive aggressive"? What she did seemed rather adult and sane to me.

Second, you act as if someone being mean to you is not a good reason not to like them. Personally, I can’t think of a better reason. Don’t you keep some people out of your life precisely because they are using “personal attacks” that have a “bitter and bitchy edge?” I know I do.

I've been at the receiving end of pretty inexplicably nasty and bitter comments by one half of that team

But, I think the fact of them being female and writing (or rather, linking to) female topics is not enough for me, based on some sense of "gender unity," to overlook their pettiness. [Emphasis mine, of course.]

-_-; Val does some good stuff sometimes, but it's kind of overpowered by her apparent lack of critical thinking.

I'd probably be upset, if not for the fact that 99% of the time, I'm the meaner/pettier of the two of us. I'm just more diplomatic (read: two-faced) in public. :-)

Oh. Also, I prefer the term "proto-lawyer" it sounds more evil. :-)
