LJ fires 20 of 28 employees. I may end up using my InsaneJournal more heavily after all...

Goddamnit, I like Live Journal better than blogspot or myspace. Why do they think I'm here and giving them money!

On the one hand, I am deeply upset by this news. I've invested a lot of time and effort in my blog, and would hate to see it melt away into nothing.

On the other hand, I was considering a change. As much as I enjoy LJ, I feel like my posts have "stagnated" in recent months. Perhaps a "change of venue" would get my creative juices flowing again...
