That would be awesome. Anytime you have time today. I have to proctor an exam at 3:30, but otherwise today is open. It shouldn't be; I should be busy getting my life and my research back on track but I can't really quite figure out where to start.

Sure. We'll be done about 4:30, and we'll probably spend a few minutes figuring out who is grading which questions, so maybe 5pm if that's good for you?
I'm glad you asked for help. That may be the first and one of the hardest steps. Structure and Reachable (Quick) Goals (although I'm not to sure how your research may fit into this), sounds like you have a great plan. Anti-anxiety pills will really help with the sleep too. If you need someone to email you each day, I'd be happy to do it!
