I'm on the train home and these two little girls are sitting next to me, telling their mother that they know, off by heart, all the lines from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. And then she starts to say, 'I Severus Snape hereby give the Slytherin Quidditch....' and I just melted.

A few weeks ago I was at the store and I overheard this kid excitedly telling his mother about how everyone thought Snape was evil but then he turned out to be good in the end. It was really cute. I love seeing kids get so excited over a book, especially one I remember fondly.

Of course I don't mind! If you didn't already see I dropped you a comment too :) I like your writings, too, so that's fair and square :D

I'm Steph, I regretably went through the fashionable phase of adding my age to screennames four years ago, and I live in Sydney Australia! I should probably do a "Hi my name is..." post. And fix all those lj-app public posts. That stupid application, honestly :D
