Is there a back story to the picture? Is it a promo shot, or part of a story line on the show? No promises, I'm just wondering.

It's a promo shot. But Luke has been arrested before so he's got stories to tell. Hee.

He was arrested for breaking in to a guy's dorm room when he was trying to solve his friend Reg's murder and I think he was also arrested for driving drunk when he was in high school.
