I feel like this is more miscommunication that had Luke and Noah breaking up in the first place. Noah is obviously thinking they're reconciling while Luke is telling him he'd be with him every step of the way...as a friend...the way he THINKS Noah wants it.

Man, Noah is going to flip out when he finds out about Luke and Reid. Especially if he finds out how early on they started moving toward each other.

Ok, even though part 1 was so superior to this bit, I have to say I'm ok with all of this right now.
Luke wasn't tripping over himself to get back into Noah's life and it felt a lot more like a really strong friendship than anything else. Which is how I've always wanted this to end: Luke with Reid, but a close, life-long friend and confidante to Noah. Wishful thinking on my part, I'm sure.

I'm going to shut up now and go watch part 1 again. OH YEAH, SQUEE TIME!

Luke with Reid, but a close, life-long friend and confidante to Noah.

And this would be the perfect scenario. I love it.

See, at this point if I was Luke I'd just be concerned that once Noah got his eyesight back and the surgery was over, he'd still want to be broken up. The man is scared right now that he might die tomorrow. Of course he's going to be reaching out.

In a perfect world luRe would be together, Noah would find himself a nice new boyfriend and all 4 of them would be friends who went out on double dates together or something. xD /more wishful thinking

I totally agree with you, Noah is scared and lonely, but Luke clearly is (and should be) wary. I liked Luke's reaction to Noah reaching out, I think there would of been a time when he'd of been all "OMG NOAH ILY OF COURSE I'LL BE THERE BB" *CLINGS*, but instead he handled it really well. I was proud of him.

Oh GAWD. This was so... SOAPY!

Yes, I am aware that it IS a Soap, but still, when Luke and Reid are together, everything works so well, the dialogue is perfect, the body language is perfect, even the cheesy background music is awesome!
But with Luke and Noah, everything is so... boring. It's so predictable and SOAPY and grey. Ugh.

Plus, Noah doesn't seem to exist outside of being mopey about his blindness or antagonizing Luke. SHOW! D:<

*goes back to watch Part 1*
