SUMMARY-I so did not like how the beginning started on todays episode. So I've done a gap filler.

Luke was at the hospital looking for Reid. He felt bad for hurting him the other night. Luke should never gone over to Reid's to talk to him about what happened with Noah. It was wrong of him to do it. Luke was so lost with his feelings, he loved Noah, but he had these feelings for Reid, and he didn't know what to do with them.
All of a sudden he saw Reid at the coffee area of the Hospital going over charts. His heart was beating a mile a minute. He was nervous wondering if Reid was still upset with him, and if he would push him away.
Reid didn't need to look up from his papers to know who was sitting with him at the table. He was really not in the mood to talk to Luke. Rounds were over with. He just wanted to finish up his charts, and eat his tv dinner, which Doogie Hughes commented saying it looked like toxic waste.
"What can I do for you Luke?" It took every ounce and strength for Reid not to call Luke, Mr. Snyder. They were so past calling each other by there last names.
"We need to talk," Luke said.
"I told you I'm not a shoulder to cry on," Reid grabbed his stuff and started walking off. Luke followed.
"I try to get back with Noah and he doesn't want me, and now you don't want me either." Luke said.
"Poor you," Reid really wanted to say, He did want Luke, but not him and his past with his first love.
"But where working on a project together, and at the very least where friends." Luke said
Reid gave Luke a look. He thought to himself how could Luke say they were friends. They were more then that, but Luke wouldn't take the next step.
"Ok were not, we're not friends, but we're something." Luke said wishing he could just say out loud what he really felt for Reid.
"What is that? what are we Luke?" Reid said and then walked off not wanting to here the answer. Knowing it might be what he doesn't want to hear.
