Wonderful news! Of course its a show I've never seen nor heard of, but I don't watch much television anyway. I'll have to check it out.

Same here, but it sounds decent and doesn't have terrible IMDb ratings, so that's promising. :)

Hooray! Can't wait to see what wardrobe they come up for this "hip producer." Will his curly locks be long?

We'll have to wait and see. Meanwhile, we have an episode on Hulu in about a month.

Thank goodness the drought is just about over.

Ha, the first time I read that sentence in the article I was like "What the hell is hip rock?" (like, maybe a fusion of hip hop and alternative rock or whatever? :D) I fail at reading comprehension.
I hope they keep his curls short, but anything to see his face again!

Yeah, I think they pushed back the season premiere of Deadbeat a couple weeks, though? Oh well, what's a couple more weeks.

Hooray! I have been going through serious ESS withdrawal.

"recurring" is a better adjective than "guest star" :)

I think this is a show where the ESS "snark" will be in full bloom. Bring it on ...

Thanks SO much for posting the news!

Super late response, but yeah, it's been way too long since we've seen his pretty face. Hope his role is meaty and the character will be a snarky asshole. ;)

I have no idea, unfortunately, but the first season started airing mid-July of last year, so maybe it'll be the same.

P.S. Just saw Russell Tovey in something so I thought of you. :D
