Best I get right now is audio with about 3 frames per second of video (which isn't out of sync so much as lagging whole minutes behind), which happens on all of these:

Uh, I'm not sure if their programmers were aware of time zones and stuff, but if they conveniently forgot, you might be able to live watch on the MTV app?
