I don't actually watch the show but you could check youtube or netflix for episodes.

I just Googled it. It's on the USA network and returns this summer for its second season.

OMG, so exciting! I love Psych! Not high art, but often quite hilarious. And they use the guest stars very appropriately--I'd be shocked if there is no reference to Luke in the show.
