Luke was waiting patiently, and playing Livid Reptiles on his cell phone, in one of Memorial’s hallways. One of it’s many, eerily look-alike hallways. Reid had called him earlier to suggest that Luke meet him at the hospital so that they head out to Al’s Diner together to get a burger. Or in Reid’s case, a burger, two order of fries and an insult-a-thon with Henry Coleman. Luke had once suggested to Reid that if they had been living in a sitcom then the Reid and Henry relationship would be the ‘Will they or won’t they’ storyline of the show. The ‘Sam and Diane’ of Oakdale. If Diane had been a neurosurgeon instead of a waitress. And had a penis. Reid had retaliated by suggesting that if they had been living in a horror film then every day would be dinner at Lily’s house. Luke had responded to that comment by sending his mom flowers from Reid just to see Reid’s confusion when Lily had thanked him for them

Reid being playful is awesome! I like that he'd do this out of the blue just for fun. So cute!

Luke grinned happily. “I’m very, very angry. And I hate you. Let’s go to your office and do it.”

Thanks very much! I like to think that when Luke was working with the architect for the neurowing that he stressed the importance of Reid's office being sound-proof for occasions such as this.

I love this! Maybe you could write a dream sequence where this really happens. We never got enough Reid/Hank. It was a major tease. I was rather hot-and-bothered before you even got to LuRe. LOL!

Luke is right. That was way more romantic, and hot, than flowers. Great writing!

Loved this! Hee! Their initial antagonism was so hot and fun. I love the idea of them re-living it with one very important twist.
