Wow definitely fits the prompt. Really nice fic, sorta hovers in darness and angst but i do have to love the ending. Very typical xander, talking back to Angelus whatever happens and i have to admit i was feeling like violence needed to be had against spike when he upped and left. Interesting seeing the scooby gangs reactions too.

Yeah, I had all these ideas for the prompt, then I finally thought of this story I had started writing like three years ago and said to myself, "self, we're going to write that" XD

Yeah, Spike should have got slapped around for leaving like he did. Deep down, I think Drusilla probably did slap him around when she realized her dark kitten wasn't joining them.
