Ok, my parentals have greenlighted New Year's here. Now I just have to make sure my sister is permitted/willing to stowaway at my aunt's house if she can't secure her own entertainment and we will be golden. I think that that is very likely to happen.

Yeah, even though my mom hearts Hawaii more than anything she still got married at 21 for a few months to get away from it. Ok, that wasn't the only reason, but she thinks that it was a factor looking back (among the others: "I'm not sure what the hell I was thinking"). And then she divorced and went back to UH, but still.

But yeah, if you were in striking distance I'd totally want you over as a special guest. My friends is good people and fun is had by all when we are in close proximity.
